She was completely deaf and with multiple physical ailments but she taught us that great things happen when you truly give everything you've got from the heart. It's easy to accomplish great things when everything is perfect but it is when you are faced with inflation, supply chain shortages and covid, and you still produce extraordinary results, that's when your strengths and abilities shine the most. Our motto is simply make the customer happy, just like Bailey made everyone happy that she met.
